Tasha Campbell is a seasoned executive support professional with over two decades of experience working alongside CEOs, Presidents, and leadership teams to execute high-level strategies and streamline operations.

A native New Yorker, Tasha began her career as a receptionist at a textile company in Manhattan’s iconic Garment District. Her strong work ethic and organizational instincts were quickly recognized, and she was soon promoted to serve as Assistant to the company’s owner—her first taste of high-level executive support.

After relocating from New York, Tasha continued to build her career at Avis Budget Group, where she supported senior leadership in a fast-paced, global corporate environment. She then joined Enovation Controls (formerly FW Murphy Company), further sharpening her skills as an Executive Assistant within a dynamic, engineering-driven organization, supporting the President & CEO as well as the Executive Chairman of the Board.

In 2016, she joined HydroHoist as Executive Assistant to the President, CEO & owner, where her role expanded rapidly to include support for the CFO, and Director of Marketing, while also serving as Secretary of the Board. In recognition of her leadership and strategic insight, she was promoted to Chief of Staff in 2020, helping guide the company’s executive team and internal operations.

Following a major merger that formed Waterfront Brands, Tasha stepped into the role of Executive Strategic Manager, where she led company-wide strategic planning, developed scalable processes, and helped align cross-functional teams across the new organization.

Since 2021, she has served as Chief Administration Officer for a portfolio of growing businesses, overseeing daily operations and supporting executive-level decision-making.

Now, through her remote Executive Assistant service, Tasha offers clients the same high-caliber support she’s provided throughout her career. From managing operations and supporting strategic initiatives to keeping leadership teams running smoothly, she helps busy executives stay organized, intentional, and focused on what matters most.
